We believe that the Person of the Holy Spirit dwells in all believers conforming them to the image of our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, the Holy Spirit proceeds forth from both the Father and Son and He is eternal, therefore He is fully divine. Through illumination He enables men to understand truth. The Holy Spirit convicts and convinces men of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment. He calls men to the Savor and brings about regeneration. At the moment of regeneration He baptizes the believer into the Body of Christ. He cultivates the character of God within the believer, comforts and guides believers, and imparts spiritual gifts to believers in which to serve God by. His positions in His work are these.
The Holy Spirit is BESIDE US convicting of sin, judgment, and righteousness. The Holy Spirit INDWELLS US imparting the fruit of the Spirit, which is also the very character of God the Father. The Holy Spirit is UPON US, also known as the Baptism with the Holy Spirit wherein He empowers us to be bold witnesses. The Holy Spirit FILLS US, whereby we yield up our lives daily to the leadership and Lordship to God and His plans.
