Father I confess and ask You to break off of me every form of curse and stronghold of the mind, the emotions, the will and the body, all condemnation, hate, bitterness, jealousy, control, sexual perversion, and darkness. I forgive any person used by the enemy to form these against me and I ask forgiveness for establishing them myself by my own lust, rebellion and by the sinfulness of my heart. In the name of Jesus Christ I declare these curses, works of lustful appetites, and oppressions null and void and severed from me. Let it be done now for Your Glory. In place of this, I declare Philippians 4:8 over my life. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Psalms 119:130 ESV The unfolding of your words gives light; it imparts understanding to the simple.
The Person of the Holy Spirit speaks the mind of God into our spirit man. We have this outer man, the body, which tries to dictate to us to walk in our flesh and be sense-ruled. The inward man or the soul needs to be re-educated with the Word of God so that we think, feel, and choose according to the will of God for our lives. The inner-most man is our spirit-man where the Holy Spirit resides. It is here in the spirit-man that the Word screams within us that we don’t need to be sick or broke or defeated. When walking in the PRAYER OF FAITH we are not to seek out personal opinion about our health, our spiritual walk, or our life of faith. The prayer of faith is not just speaking a lot of words hoping that God hears and moves on our behalf. The prayer of faith is a "homo-logo" (same word) or praying what the Father is saying. The prayer of faith doesn't start with us. The prayer of faith is echoing what we hear from the Father. Romans 8:11-13 ESV If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you. (12) So then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. (13) For if you live according to the flesh you will die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. |
